On today’s episode Alex and Lisa speak to Sarah Drage. Sarah lost her Dad to alcohol addiction in 2017 and she strongly believes the stigma attached to his illness prevented him from accessing lifesaving support. As a consequence of her Dad’s addiction, she developed OCD, anxiety, and PTSD which enabled her to properly understand what her Dad was going through himself. However, that also led to an immense amount of guilt because she only understood once he had died.
