Today, Alex and Lisa chat with Laurie McAllister, a life and empowerment coach for sober and sober curious women, yoga teacher and writer of many things. In 2016, she stopped drinking and turned her life around - she now supports other women to do the same through coaching, writing and marketing support for sober businesses. Relocating from London to Norfolk to Cambodia and back to Norfolk, Laurie believes we are all far more capable than we have been led to believe and we are all allowed to change our stories whenever we choose.
