A year into her sober journey, in July 2019 she says she “found the amazing Bee Sober!” It literally changed her journey big time, she had a few sober friends already but they couldn’t always connect when she needed it. Bee Sober became Kath’s tribe. She would go to Manchester for days out, brunch, meals. It was ace! She became an ambassador in August 2020 and really wants others to have the same chance she had! Connection is the opposite of addiction! Kath has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and talks openly about how this has impacted her life and her sobriety.
